Refund and Returns Policy

At Miss Nutty, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, and we want to ensure that our customers have a hassle-free shopping experience. That’s why we have implemented a comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy to address any concerns you may have.

Critical Information

Our products are prepared using nuts, peanuts, seeds and fruits. If you have severe allergies to any of the listed items, we recommend you don’t purchase products from us.

We guarantee our shelf-life based on the ‘Best Before’ date printed on the packaging of any product we supply. We reserve the right to swap out certain items or ingredients based on seasonality, availability or at our discretion.

Refunds

For information on obtaining refunds for online orders, you have come to the right place. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns as we sell perishable items.

While we cannot accept returns due to the nature of our perishable items, if you are dissatisfied with a purchase from our online store within 7 days, please contact us promptly via email or phone. We will be happy to assist you.

We will gladly pass credit in the following circumstance:

  • If the product has gone moldy inside a sealed pouch and is within the Best Before date.
  • If found to be faulty within 48 hours from date of purchase. Courier Damage Excluded.
  • If the return is open, but accompanied with a detailed and reasonable reason for return.

We will not accept returns on the following:

  • Any product past the Best Before date printed on the packaging.
  • Any products where the packaging or product has been compromised by poor storage conditions or has been damaged due to mishandling.

Exchanges

In the event that you need to exchange an item, we will only replace it if it is defective or damaged. If you find yourself in this situation, simply send us an email at {sales@missnutty.co.za} and ship the item back to our physical address. We will take care of the rest.

Shipping returns

When it comes to packages that are damaged or lost during transit, we have a separate Returns Policy in place. If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please refuse to accept it and inform our customer support team immediately.

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible. In case you discover any damage after accepting the package, please take clear photographs and reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our courier partners to investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
